Features of the product:

1. It is widely used for pellet of light substance, such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture, chrysanthemum, palm leaf and so on.

2. The feeder's special structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.3-0.6g/ cm3.

3. Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life.

4. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production.

5. Feeder is with a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements.

6. It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps, which can increase the output 15% more than the same type machine with belt-convey.

7. Vertical feeding, directly in pelletizing room, Die is static, rollers rotate; material are evenly distributed around pelletizing room because of centrifugal force, no block.

Working principle of the product:

The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. 

Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.

Bean stalk, wheat stalk ,corn stalk, cotton stalks, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, coffee husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, rice shell, coconut shell.

Livestock and poultry's waste, tea waste, tea waste, forestry wastes, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other organic waste resources.
