Introductions of YK/YA Screen
The YK series vibrating screen adopts a unique thin oil station lubrication system that effectively improves the screening capacity of the vibrating screen, while reducing maintenance and extending the service life of the bearing.
The vibration exciter assembly serves as the core component of the circular vibrating screen, and its lubrication system ensures that it can work effectively.
YK series vibrating screen adopts modular vibration exciter design, which is more convenient for disassembly and installation. The bearings are lubricated with full dilute oil, which changes the way that traditional vibrating screens use lithium-based grease lubrication. It ensures that the bearings can be fully lubricated during operation and plays a role in cooling.
The main principle analysis, the system uses an independent oil station to supply oil. The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the motor, and 40# diesel engine oil is sent to the inside of the shaker to lubricate the bearings. Under the effect of pressure, diesel fuel flows out of the oil return pipe to form a circulating fuel supply. The oil station is designed with oil temperature, oil pressure, and oil shortage alarm sensor devices to monitor the operating status of the equipment. The data obtained is displayed in the control cabinet, allowing the operator to clearly understand the working status of the equipment.
Vibrating screen operating principle
It adjusts the amplitude by tube-shaped violent vibration screen of eccentric shaft and eccentric blocks. The body moves like a circle, in order to make the materials screened.
1. It is a single-axis circular-movement inertial vibrating screen, the working of circular vibrating screen depends on inertial motor and inertial strength produced by eccentric plate, because of the vibration of screen box, the materials are threw out, so that materials of certain size go through the screen mesh, and the screening aim is realized.
2. Since the magnetic exciter is installed on the gravity center of screen box, the two long elliptical axis form a shape like a Chinese character, and the upper of long elliptical axis in inlet end is in the same direction with the outlet, which favors the spread of materials which is in the screen box.
