FD Johnson Company announced that it will relocate to a new office location in Twinsburg, Ohio. The company provides centralized lubrication systems, pumps and services in the machinery industry and will bring 18 employees to the newly acquired 14,000-square-foot building.

Chip Hautala of FD Johnson Company said: “We looked at a few cities that provided us with rental opportunities, but in the end buying this building in Twinsburg was the best decision for us.” The reception of urban development staff is satisfied."

This move adapts to the company's recent 20% increase in staff and will give FD Johnson more room to better serve the machine maintenance industry. The company hired Curtis-Layer Construction of Aurora, Ohio, to provide more than $350,000 in funding for office and warehouse improvements.

Since 1933, as part of the Cleveland landscape, FD Johnson is expected to open in Twinsburg on April 30, 2012.
