The designated partners Harshvardhan Goenka, Manisha Goenka, Yellowstone Clean Energy LLP and Grindwell Norton shall be responsible for the implementation of all such acts, matters and things required by the LLP to comply with the provisions of the LLP Act, and shall be filed in accordance with the company's exchange.
Grindwell Norton’s consolidated net profit increased by 11% to Rs 71.54 crore. Net sales in the second quarter of September 2021 increased by 16.8% compared with the second quarter of September 2020 to reach Rs 509.52 crore.
Grindwell Norton's share price fell 0.36% on BSE to 1,827.55 rupees. Grindwell Norton produces abrasive products, including bonded and coated abrasives.
