Intent:  To add Drive-thru Vehicle Services as a Discretionary Use in the C1 – Central Commercial District.

Affected Area: All C1 – Central Commercial Districted lands within the City of Lloydminster (identified below as of September 1, 2022).

All other provisions of the Land Use Bylaw will still apply to the District. This text amendment will be reviewed against the Municipal Development Plan, Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan and any other applicable City bylaws and policies.
