The new Doosan BVM 5700 is a high-quality machine that, due to its rugged design and construction, can provide excellent accuracy, inherent flexibility, processing performance and process reliability.

The machine is a powerhouse of productivity, with excellent speed (up to 42m/min), fast acceleration/deceleration rate and 30/40 tool ATC, and the tool-to-tool conversion time is 1.3 seconds.

The machine's powerful built-in BT40 spindle (37kW/15,000rpm) can generate 214Nm of torque, enabling component manufacturers to increase speed and feed rates, and adopt more aggressive cutting depths, thereby shortening part cycle time and improving delivery time .

BVM 5700 has Big Plus dual contact surface and tapered spindle/tool ​​interface, which can achieve higher accuracy and excellent surface finish. In order to ensure and maintain these high results, especially during long processing runs and extended operations, the machine is equipped with an intelligent thermal compensation system, which is strategically placed around the machine by multiple sensors.

These sensors reduce the impact of thermal growth and reduce the impact of heat generated during processing on the machine structure and spindle system. The machine is equipped with advanced Doosan Fanuc i Plus controls, with a 15-inch touch screen and intuitive and user-friendly iHMI, which can help customers reduce the time spent on job setup and complete other tasks, such as machine monitoring, tool management, and production planning changes.
